Another chapter closed

In a blink of an eye, 3 months have passed in 2008. And 3 years of my poly life has ended just like that last month.

When I first knew I was one of the few who got into NP in the chalet back in 2005, I was damn sad. Sad that my good friends like Raymond and Zk were in SP. And that I was going to be all alone in NP.

I remembered I went down to appeal in SP with Pk. But somehow, I was glad that the appeal was unsuccessful and I remained in NP.

My Year 1 with TB10 was great. It was nice knowing nice people like Sherman, Jia Quan, Xue Fang, Yi Xiu, Stephanie and Shi Yin. Although everyone didn't mix around much on the first day of the orientation, every body somehow grew close as time passed. Seriously, I think without them, my time in NP would be very different.

The first time I saw
1) Sherman, I was like,
"O my, why is he so gu niang when he talk?"

2) Stephanie
"Is she a maid? Why does she looks like a guy?"

3) Yi Xiu
"Kao! Damn noisy"

4) Shy
"CHAO AH LIAN!"

It's funny when I thought back of the first impressions I had of them. No offence. But I didn't know you all at that time, so I will have more negative impressions.

After Year 1, I went to another class, TB03. I managed to settle in quite fast when I thought it may be quite hard. Met new faces. Met funny people like Ryan, King, Mua Hwee, Joel, Meng Yong, Sherly and Pei Xuan. Though we weren't really close, but it's nice mixing with them during breaks and when doing projects. I will never forget how serious Meng Yong was whenever we had our meetings.

My memory of Year 3 was quite vivid. I don't remember much about it. I only know I always skipped lectures and yet I got 3.56 for my GPA. Haha and that I didn't do much for my Integrated Project too.

But the memories that I had in Shanghai will always be with me. The times I had with Fang, Eve and Evern were great. We managed to live together in harmony and it's really nice living over there. The life there is really relaxing. Can eat and do whatever and whenever I want. Moreover, the things there are very cheap. Really miss the life there.

Like I said, time flies. I'm going to be enlisted in a few months' time. Though I don't have a sense of belonging to NP, but I will sure miss the times I had with my friends for the past 3 years.
